- What forms of payment do you accept?

We accept payment in the form of PayPal, Visa, Mastercard and American Express.

- Do you accept other methods of payment than credit cards and PayPal?

No, we do not accept any other forms of payment at this time. 

- I can't complete my order! I keep getting an error. What's wrong?

The most likely reason is that you are entering a billing address that does not match the one on file with the credit card you are using. Please double check the address and make sure it matches! If you are sure that is not the problem, please feel free to contact us and we will look into it! 

- I got to pay 25% VAT on my order. Why?

Swedish VAT is applied on all orders coming from EU-countries per EU remote sellers law. This means we will ship your order DDP, "Duties and taxes prepaid" since there are no duties inside the EU and VAT has been collected! :3


- How do you ship?

All orders are sent via PostNord - a swedish postal service. Delivery Confirmation (tracking) numbers are issued for all domestic and most international packages. Domestic orders may take up to 1-2 weeks to arrive. International orders may take up to 1-3 weeks to arrive.

- Do you ship internationally?

Yes, we ship worldwide! The prices for international shipping can be viewed by adding items to your cart and using the calculator in checkout. 

- What are your shipping rates?

You can view an estimated shipping cost by adding items to your cart, then using the shipping calculator to view available rates! Rates are inbetween 6 to 23 USD depending on the total weight of the order and final delivery destination.

- When will my order ship? How long will it take to arrive?

Regular Orders are processed within 3 days. We usually ship every Monday and Friday. Domestic orders should arrive within 1-2 weeks after being shipped. International shipping times can vary and can take up to 1-3 weeks.

- I gave you the wrong shipping address! What do I do?

If you ordered recently, please contact us right away by responding to your order receipt and give us the correct address. If we haven't mailed it yet we can change the address before doing so!

- Do you offer rush/express shipping?

No, we do not at this moment. Hopefully soon in the future!

- Do you cover customs fees and taxes for international orders? Will you under-value my package to avoid them?

We do not cover customs fees or taxes beyond the European Union, they are the responsibility of the customer. Please familiarize yourself with your local import laws to know how it could effect your order. We cannot fake customs declarations to avoid customs fees since this is against the law.

Please note that on occasion, customs may delay delivery. If you have any questions regarding the customs policies of your country, you can contact your local customs office to get a direct answer from them.

- Can you ship an order as a gift without the price included?

Unfortunately, we cannot send domestic or international orders as gifts at this time. We are required by law to declare the full value and contents of your order directly on the package, so there is no way for us to exclude or hide the price of the items. The contents of the package must be marked as merchandise. 

It is the sole responsibility of the recipient to pay customs fees and any applicable import taxes when receiving international shipments. If you have any questions regarding the customs policies of your country, you can contact your local customs office, as the laws can vary in each region.

- Where is my package?

Once you’ve received the shipping notification, your package is on its way and you can track and check the status of your package at any time using the Tracking Number in the shipping notification. Haven’t received a notification? Make sure to check secondary inboxes or spam filters, or contact us for assistance.


- An item is out of stock or no longer on the website. Will it be coming back?

In some cases out-of-stock items are restocked, but items are periodically discontinued to make room for new designs. If an item is no longer on the website it's likely it won't be restocked.

- Do you offer wholesale of your products?

At this time we are not offering wholesale and we do not offer any promotional discounts when purchasing in bulk at this moment. Please check back later or contact us to be notified when we are offering it again. 

- Are your products free of allergens?

We cannot guarantee what metals are used in accessories unless otherwise stated in the item's description, so it's recommended that if you are allergic to certain kinds of metal that you replace the chains, rings or other metal with your own that you know are safe.

- Are these items safe to give to my child?

No, it is not recommended unless otherwise stated in the item's description. Anything sold in this store is not intended as toys or for anyone under 12 years of age. Most products can prove to be a choking hazard for young children.

- Can you create custom merchandise for me?

Unfortunately, we are unable to offer custom-made merchandise upon request.
